Horizontal tension wire at both top and bottom reduces fluttering and extends lifespan through even load distribution. For freestanding structures, design piles for wind loads according to NEN standards, with foundation depths appropriate for soil type. A knitted version of 270 g/m² with 95% coverage allows more wind to pass through than a woven version with 100% coverage, making it more suitable for extreme wind loads.
